Terms and conditions for using Dragon Hispeed services
Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are mutually understood by both parties. Dragon Hispeed shall be referred to as the “Service Provider” and you as the “User”.
The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse service to the following websites
- Websites related to pornography, sexual content, or sex services, including websites linking to such content
- Websites related to Hacker, Warez, Crack, virus distribution, internet worms, trojans, or other illegal software
- Websites related to gambling of all types
- Websites related to downloading MP3, Software, VDO & Voice Clips, Music Online, trademark/copyright infringement
- Websites offering free E-mail services or file/image upload services
- Websites offering Free Hosting, Free Web Space services
- Websites that cause damage to the Service Provider's reputation
- Websites that distribute system resources without authorization
Regarding Software/Script
The Service Provider is not a Software/Script provider. For script-related issues, we reserve the right not to answer such questions and may provide relevant links for self-study. We only answer Web Hosting related questions.
Anti-Spam Policy
The Service Provider does not allow Commercial Mass E-mailing or “Spamming” under any circumstances. Upon detection, services will be terminated immediately without refund.
System Resources Usage
Misuse of system resources such as excessive CPU/Storage usage, using mail services to attack other servers will result in legal action with damages starting at USD 30,000.
Legal and Liability
Any activities violating Thai or international law, or causing disruption to national institutions, will result in immediate service termination without refund.
Data Backup and Cancellation
- The Service Provider is not liable for data loss. Although weekly backups are performed, completeness cannot be guaranteed. Users should always maintain at least 1 backup copy.
- Users wishing to cancel before contract expiry are not entitled to any refund, partial or full.
- Files infected with viruses will be automatically deleted without prior notice.
- Failure to pay fees may result in temporary service suspension without notice.
- In case of unrecoverable server failure, refund will not exceed the value of the selected service.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend services if quota is exceeded or contract has expired.
